METAL PACKAGING

Metal Packaging is an Eco-friendly and recyclable material, compared to other forms of packaging materials. It has good tamper proof features with one of the best logistics protection. Metal packaging is easy to store, stack, and easy to dispose of. Tin embodies a longer shelf life compared to other materials.

ROUND CANS

We cater to wide range of packing requirement, starting from the smallest diameter 110mm to 299mm. The cans are suitable for parking different type of food, chemicals, adhesive, paint products.

SQUARE/RECTANGLES CANS

This type of can serves a primary function in the food-related industries. Confectionery industries like biscuits, flour, sweets, butter, ghee and spices, etc. This product is most valued in the electronic sector as they use our cans to pack and protect their electronic components for export. 

This range of can includes pressure-lid cover for dried food products and secure screw caps or flexspouts closures for petrochemical, paints and solvents products. Other secure closures include tamper-proof snap caps ranging from 40 to100 mm diameter; compliance to JIS. Commercial capacity for this group ranges from 250 ml to 20 L.

PAILS

The Conical pails are catered for commercial capacity above 20 L. With its unique stackable feature, it contributes to easy storage. Our range of closures include Open-top cover, 40 - 70 mm screw-cap, snap caps and 100 mm seal-cap. With such flexibility, the pails are ultimately suitable for the Paints, Construction, Ink, Adhesive, Solvents & Chemicals industries.

We offer several other services besides manufacturing tin containers. Lithographic Offset Printing is our specialty, we can print any design with clarity and the only limitation is the imagination concept of the artwork. Besides Printing or Lacquering, other services provided are slitting, stamping, forming and seaming, Q.C. testing, packaging, storage and offering just-in-time delivery.

We monitor our production closely and carry out stringent tests to ensure that our products conform to our customer’s specification and our quality assurance program in accordance with the new ISO9001 system. This system has enabled us to be recognized as a company that is synonymous with Good Service and Excellent Quality.

In the year 2000, our company was actively involved in the COQ (Cost of Quality) program, to help the company reduce and control operating costs effectively. We have successfully lowered our reject rate from 3.5% down to 1.5%.
